(MPLD) is a family owned residential & commercial Real Estate Development Company with over 30 years of experience in land development, civil engineering, surveying, and landscape design and installation. The owner, David Owens, has successfully constructed many residential and commercial projects in Alabama, southern Florida, western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. MPLD provides and manages a wide range of services. Mr. Owens formed MPLD with the goal of offering a more detailed-oriented approach to projects, ultimately producing higher quality results and satisfaction for our clients. He saw a growing need for a “turn key” service whereby we provide a wide range of service from site planning and layout, preparation and site clearing, floor plan design, roads, driveways, landscaping and all contracting in between. We also can provide you assistance with financing.
